Herman Miller Grand Cycling Challenge Ride

The inaugural Grand Cycling Challenge Ride kicks off the 5th Annual Herman Miller Grand Cycling Classic on August 20, with cyclists of all abilities taking to the streets for a 3.5 hour ride.  Whether it’s your first group ride, or you’re a veteran racer, come out to celebrate cycling on our closed course through downtown Grand Rapids.  The course start/finish line is on Ionia, just south of Fulton—the same location as the national pro championship race later in the day.  Bronze, silver and gold medals awarded for completing your laps.  In order to earn your Gold medal, you will need to complete 14 laps, 8 laps for Silver, and 5 for Bronze.  The course is approximately 6km.
You can still reserve a spot in the ride by filling out our on-line reservation form HERE.  You will make payment when you pick-up your ride packet, which is available for pre-reg or new registrations on Friday, August 19th from 3-7pm at the Downtown Courtyard by Marriott (11 Monroe Ave), or on ride day, begining at 6:15am.
